After-Sales Warranty Terms

I. For consumers who purchase Rokid Glasses, we provide a one-year warranty for the entire device upon presentation of the proof of purchase. For products with quality issues, a replacement service is offered within 15 days from the date of purchase upon presentation of the proof of purchase.

II. Please note that the warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. The warranty period has expired;
  2. Damage is caused by failure to use, maintain, or store the product in accordance with the product instructions;
  3. Damage is caused by disassembly or repair by unauthorized parties;
  4. A valid warranty certificate or proof of purchase is not provided (unless it can be proven that the product is still within the warranty period);
  5. The warranty certificate has been tampered with or altered;
  6. The product model or serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product;
  7. Damage is caused by virus infection during use;
  8. Damage is caused by force majeure events;
  9. Use of non-Rokid official or unauthorized accessories.
