30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original resalable condition. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer’s responsibility.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible Rokid smart glasses include a 365-day limited warranty. It covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. Accidental damage, loss, misuse, and normal wear are excluded.
