Does the Station 2 connect to the Rokid Max except for the Rokid Max 2? Does Air/Max/Max2 support 3DoF independently?
The IMU of each AR glasses' IMU(Inertial measurement unit) will be different, fortunately Max1 and Max2 use the same IMU chip, so Station2 can be compatible with Max1 and used normally. However, for the best spatial computing experience, the best solution is to re-adjust the IMU of Max1. What is especially important is to perform parameter calibration so that Max1 has the same IMU parameters as Max2. However, there is currently no detailed plan for this recalibration, as AR Lite is still in development. A comprehensive plan is expected to be available after the crowdfunding campaign concludes in July. We will notify Max users as soon as possible.
