When exactly is the $199 refunded?+
Only after you reach $1,000 in eligible settled sales within the 90-day window that begins Aug 5. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after review. If the goal isn't met in the window, the fee is non-refundable — but you keep the glasses and all earned commission.
What counts as an eligible settled sale?+
Orders placed through your approved affiliate link that successfully settle. Excluded: refunds, cancellations, exchanges, self-purchases, same-address or suspicious orders, taxes, shipping, and certain promotional purchases.
Do I still earn commission while chasing the refund?+
Yes. Commission accrues on all qualified sales during the window — 8% on orders 1–4, 10% on orders 5–19, 12% on orders 20+. The refund and the commission are separate money.
Is this the only way to join the program?+
No. If you already own Rokid you can join the Owner/Buyer path, and creators with 1,000+ followers can apply for limited Sponsored Product Support. This page is the $199 Early Access path — product support without the follower requirement.
